“Oh, Gretel” ma cooed,
so sweet and so dear
“That witch is now gone
you don’t live in fear”
But Gretel was somber
her eyes nearly black:
“I killed that witch, ma
and I can’t take it back.”
“Now, Gretel” pa scolded,
and pointed quite stern
“This pouting must stop
that old which has burned”
But Gretel was blunt
a warmness she lacked:
“I killed that which pa,
and I can’t take it back.”
“Please, Gretel” cried Hansel,
his old fears anew
“That witch hurt us Gretel,
But what did I do?”
But Gretel was beaming
cruelty her knack:
“I killed that witch, brother
I’m taking it back.”
Concentration portfolio finished woooooo
Just need some touch-ups to my breadth section, mount four more originals, and I’m home free baby
